Rob Zombie

"Medication for the Melancholy" (video)

After recently getting up to some supremely satanic and celebratory shenanigans in the video for his "The Life and Times of a Teenage Rock God," Rob Zombie has offered up a comparatively tamer set of visuals for his next single, "Medication for the Melancholy." That said, it's still got him dancing around like a psychopath to all sorts of techno-spiked rock'n'roll sounds.

The latest clip behind the rock mutant's The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser is fairly straightforward, rolling itself out with a full-band performance in an all-white room. His dreads tied-up and tangled atop his dome all snake-like, Zombie parades around the soundstage singing of chopping Medusa's head off. Surrounded by bleached-blonde-and-bearded guitarist John 5 and the rest of his backup band, he goes on to detail the activities of that "fucking freak" onstage.

As previously reported, Zombie is spending his summer out on the road with Korn for their "Return of the Dreads" tour.
