Check Out Bouncing Souls, Crystal Antlers, Dead and Divine, and Tokyo Police Club on Exclaim! TV
11/9/2009 By Stephen Carlick

If you haven’t yet gathered with your co-workers by the water cooler to talk about the latest episodes from Exclaim! TV, it’s probably happening without you. So here, let’s help you get caught up.

On Talk Show Night, we were recently joined at Juicebox Manor by California psychedelic noisemakers Crystal Antlers, who blazed through two tracks from their debut album, this year’s Tentacles.

We also chatted with Burlington, ON metal dudes Dead and Divine, who we engaged in an “extremely serious” game of Do, Dump, Date and argued with us over both sides of the eternal debate: shorts or pants? And Greg Alsop from Tokyo Police Club stopped by the Manor to participate in a series of Microwave-related experiments that we cleverly titled “Mythdisputers.”

Finally, over in Garageland, we talked to punk veterans Bouncing Souls about their bizarre sleeping habits. Trust us, this is the kind of thing you could only hear from a band who have been together for 20 years.

For these and all the latest episodes keep an eye on the Exclaim! TV section.

1. Propagandhi Supporting Caste (G7/Smallman)
It's been a banner year for Propagandhi, one that highlighted the best of the band and then threw them into a musical climate that was never intended for the radical-minded success they have forged. Since forming in the '80s, Propagandhi have built a worldwide fan-base and issued five celebrated full-length records, becoming national punk rock heroes whose albums are greeted like sacred edicts delivered from a group of politicized prairie hockey hooligans.... Game makers have long aspired to be cinematic, but given that most games last upwards of 20 hours, they seem more akin to television. Yet for some reason, most downloadable "episodes" have been treated like old-school expansion packs (see: Oblivion's Shivering Isles or Fable II'... Full Review
