Check Out New Episodes of Exclaim! TV's Talk Show Night with Wax Mannequin, the Artist Life and Woodhands
11/2/2009 By Stephen Carlick

If you’ve spent the last week watching what's commonly referred to as “TV,” you’ve been missing out. There’s been a week’s worth of band interviews and tomfoolery in our very own Exclaim! TV section.

In the latest episode of brand new show Talk Show Night at Juicebox Manor, we hosted Hamilton, ON pop rockers Wax Mannequin, whose basement performance shook the very foundations of the Manor. Pop punk perennial nice guys the Artist Life also stopped by. In keeping with the spooky theme of Halloween, we discussed nightmares before engaging in a game called “Head Bandz.” If you want to know what that is, you’ll have to watch.

We spent a day at the park with Toronto, ON’s Woodhands, with whom we discussed adolescent sexual experiences, roller skating and bugs; we also played on the playground. Over in Garageland, we chauffeured Shawn Stern of Youth Brigade to his show in what has to be our most perilous episode yet.

Don’t miss fresh new episodes of Talk Show Night at Juicebox Manor throughout the week, as well as a brand new episode of our original show, Garageland, here.

"Most people are surprised this is my studio," jokes hip-hop producer Matthew "Boi-1da" Samuels, looking around at an empty basement equipped with a laptop, a mini fridge and an X-Box. A laptop is where Drake's history making single "Best I Ever Had" was created? To say the least, what 1da lacks in a studio ensemble, he makes up for in talent and accessibility.... Read More
On Sunday, November 22, Jacksoul front-man Haydain Neale died, after a private seven-month battle with lung cancer.
