Ghostface Killah, Method Man and Raekwon Collaboration to Drop Before Christmas?
11/2/2009 By Josiah Hughes

The last few months have been an emotional roller coaster for the Wu-Tang fans here at Exclaim! When we first heard that rappers Ghostface Killah, Method Man and Raekwon would be teaming up with RZA for a collaborative LP sometime soon, we were brimming with excitement. Then, our elation soured when Method Man was arrested for tax fraud, seemingly delaying the album indefinitely.

However, it appears that we may have gotten worked up a little too early, as the album is still scheduled to be released this year. While the information is a little thin, with no tracklisting or title, Hip Hop DX is reporting the album is scheduled to drop December 22.

The trio have also released the first part of a three-part trailer for the album, called “The Wu Massacre.” The trailer depicts a forensic crime scene, and was directed by Rik Cordero. The piece references the classic film Se7en, and suggests that maybe the album will also be called The Wu Massacre.

"Most people are surprised this is my studio," jokes hip-hop producer Matthew "Boi-1da" Samuels, looking around at an empty basement equipped with a laptop, a mini fridge and an X-Box.
